Chief Executive Officer
Kelly Landry
Kelly works closely with our Events team to ensure that all projects and events are aligned with our cultural values, generate equitable income, and positively impact Indigenous peoples. As a third-culture individual, she is passionate about the preservation and revitalization of culture, language, and art. Kelly has been with Naut'sa mawt since 2013 and when she isn't working, she spends her time camping, traveling, and painting.
Director of Naut'sa mawt Event Management
Samantha D'Odorico
Samantha joins Naut’sa mawt Event Management (NEM) from the unceded territory of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish Traditional Nation. As Director, Samantha oversees the department’s strategic development and ensures that NEM standards are maintained and consistently delivered for all clientele. Drawing on her bachelor’s degree in Canadian History (Queens University) and a decade of experience in the event sales and planning industry, Samantha guides her team to exceed client expectations and respectfully incorporate Indigenous cultural protocol into NEM Events. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and live music.
Events Assistant
Amy-Lynne Cheena
Amy-Lynne Cheena joins NEM from the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Katzie, Kwantlen and Semiahmoo First Nations. As an Events Assistant, she provides administrative and logistical support for virtual and in-person events, which allows her to showcase her people and organizational skills. In her spare time, you’ll find Amy travelling, hiking or attending a Zumba class. She also just completed the latest Vancouver Sun Run 2023!
Facilitation and Reporting Manager
Samuel Dzierzawa
Samuel Dzierzawa joins NEM from the traditional and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh). As the Facilitation and Reporting Manager, Samuel oversees NEM’s report writing and notetaking needs, while managing and supporting a growing roster of facilitators. Throughout his work, Samuel draws on the skills he gained through completing his Master’s in Philosophy at the Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), during which he taught Critical Thinking at the undergraduate level. In his free time, Samuel enjoys going to the cinema and spending time with friends and family.
Events Coordinator
Victoria Lepp
Victoria Lepp joins NEM from the traditional and unceded territory of the Katzie and Kwantlen First Nation. As an Event Coordinator, Victoria has harnessed her skills in time management and organization. She is well-spoken, with effective communication skills and carries herself in a professional and approachable way. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys being outdoors, cooking and curling up on the couch with a good book.
Event Manager
Adrien Castle
Adrien Castle joins NEM from the unceded territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples also known as the Songhees, Esquimalt and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples, colonially known as Victoria. As an Event Manager, Adrien considers herself an IMPACT Player. Curious, present, creative, flexible, passionate, ready to listen and able to pivot as required. With a colourful and robust kaleidoscope of lived experiences as a Senior Executive Assistant, Project Lead, Group Travel Coordinator and Indigenous Disabilities Gathering Coordinator, she looks forward to wayfinding and weaving accessibility, inclusion, equality and diversity into the work she supports and the life she proudly leads.
Senior Event Manager
Sarah Tambur
Sarah joins NEM from the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh). As our Senior Event Manager, Sarah uses her knowledge and expertise to guide her team and honour Naut’sa mawt’s standards. Her previous experience in account management and corporate events means Sarah takes an organized, energetic, and personalized approach to her work. In her spare time, she loves hiking, skiing, and reading
Events Coordinator
Dione Kiu Yeung
Dione joins NEM from the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh). As an Events Coordinator, she supports event logistics, from registration and communications to speaker management, tech support, and more. Dione has worked in various types of events, ranging from virtual, and in-person, to hybrid events. She aims to create smooth and enjoyable experiences for both partners and attendees. In her free time, you'll find her cuddling with her cat (Toro), exploring the city on her motorcycle, and trying out new food spots.

Nkere Ezekiel
Nkere joins Naut’sa mawt Event Management from the traditional, and unceded territories of the the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh). As our Event Assistant, Nkere provides a variety of administrative and collaborative support at our online and in-person events. Her previous experience curating events with Not-for-profit Organizations means She uses her knowledge, passion, and creativity to contribute to NEM’s continued success. In her spare time, She enjoys kickboxing, roller-skating, baking, and trying new activities.
