Vanessa Ong

Event Manager

Vanessa manages all the events at Naut'sa mawt and ensures the team delivers services that consistently meet and exceed expectations.  She enjoys seeing an entire event come together and being part of the whole process. In her spare time, she also enjoys exploring new cultures and checking out different local festivals and events.

Silver Anderson 

Project  Coordinator

Silver oversees and implements the coordination of resources for each project behind the scenes, ensuring client goals are met on time and on budget.  She loves being part of a company that executes meaningful and significant work benefitting First Nations people from coast to coast.

Cathy Ramili 

Events Administrator

As the team's administrator, Cathy enjoys working with Indigenous communities throughout the Nation and learning from the workshops and stories shared at events. Cathy is passionate about Reconciliation and bridging cultural and language differences with kindness and respect. She has lived in several countries and even though she may not know the language or all of the customs, she is amazed at how a simple smile is always well received and the easiest way to start a conversation, have a laugh and meet new friends.

Nicole Pelland

Project and Events Manager

Nicole is responsible for the management of Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council's various projects. Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, she loves the diversity of her job and the opportunity to work on something different every day. She works closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page.  She loves to travel and has been to over 40 countries.

Manoj Sood 

Director of Own-Source Revenues

Manoj oversees the business operations of Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council and Naut'sa mawt Resources Group. He is responsible for ensuring that business activities are aligned with the needs, goals, and values of the organization. He is an avid fly fisherman, an amateur astronomer, and a well-known Canadian actor.

OVER 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Naut'sa mawt Event Management is a subsidiary of Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council, who has been working with governments, organizations, businesses and Indigenous communities across Canada for over 30 years. 

Naut'sa mawt Tribal Council (NmTC) is a non-profit society established in 1983 that supports its member nations in realizing their efforts towards self-reliance, self-governance, connection to culture, and quality of life now and for future generations.

 

NmTC generates own-source revenues through its activities, and the activities of Naut'sa mawt Resources Group (NRG) by providing products and services to private and public sectors across Canada. Revenues enable NmTC to expand  resources available to member Nations and support Indigenous communities throughout Canada.
