Naut’sa mawt Tribal Council (NmTC) would like to invite you to attend this year’s Receptionist’s Professional Development Retreat.
Skilled receptionists are incredibly valuable assets to their organizations. Last year at the team-building workshop, we focused on being a gracious host, having a professional image and attitude, and assertiveness training. We also conducted a survey of our participants and discovered some common desires for upcoming workshops, in response this year we have brought in facilitator, Denise Findlay, to help us deliver our workshop.
This June, Denise will be leading a session that will help receptionists develop confidence in dealing with the public as well as with other staff. Take a look at the attached agenda for a better idea of what to expect over this day and a half at Tigh-na-mara. As always at our events, NmTC will reimburse your accommodations, meals, and transportation costs for up to two receptionists to attend this workshop. As receptionists are critical for smooth day-to-day operations, NmTC is also offering to reimburse your Nation to help cover the cost of a temporary replacement.
