The Naut’sa mawt Tribal Council is pleased invite our Member Nations to participate in this event and will reimburse 2 participants travel and accommodation costs from each Nation. However, each Nation will be responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.



A two-day session to come together and:


Day 1: Infrastructure

  1. Review progress of the 2017-18 Technical Services Work Plan and the Future Landscape of NmTC Technical Services.

  2. Strengthen collaborative relationships with organizations such as FNESS, Universal Health and Safety, Circuit Rider, BCAFN Housing and Infrastructure Authority Initiative. *This list subject to change based on availability of presenters.

  3. Review results of the NmTC Stage 2 Capital Needs Assessment and the Equipment and Planning Needs Checklists.

  4. Identify priorities for the 2018-19 Technical Services Work Plan.


Day 2: Housing

  1. Review aggregated finding of the fundamental rental policy review and analysis project. 

  2. Strengthen collaborative relationships with other housing organizations and initiatives.

  3. Discussion and Needs: Custom Allocations and Section 95 Home Ownership Tenure Conversion.

  4. Review the latest information regarding the Family Homes on Reserves and Matrimonial Interests or Rights Act.

  5. Review and provide suggestions into the development of the Shelter Policy, Break-Even Budget and Home Ownership Policy Toolkits.

  6. Identify housing priorities for the 2018-19 Technical Services Work Plan.



Day 2 will conclude no later than 3pm.

Travel, meals and accommodation will be reimbursed for up to two participants from each Member Nation. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
