The Assembly of First Nations is hosting a virtual gathering focused on identifying Seven Generations Continuum of Care approaches that improve well-being for individuals, families and communities.  The objective of the forum is to explore and exhibit wholistic supports and services for First Nations people as they age and as their needs change. First Nations and First Nations service providers will speak to the current gaps and barriers in the provision of a
Continuum of Care and celebrate strengths-based innovative solutions for this generation and the next seven.
